The process and formula:
Sand Aluminum with 220
wipe with Micro-fiber cloth
Wipe down with acetone to remove oils from hands
wipe down with soap and water
dry and spray with dust-free
Self etching primer...First and Second coat
Metallic Blue...spray one heavy base coat
Dupli-Color Blue...3 coats every 20-30 minutes
Clear Coat...first coat 15 minutes after last paint coat
followed by 2-3 more coats every 15 minutes
Many many hours of prep and painting the screen accurate blue...
