A lot of sanding, grinding, cutting and more sanding.
The 300mm dome has an inner dome and an outer dome. A lot of work needs to go into the both of them to fit perfect to give the 3D recessed detail. Started with 120 grit, then 220, 320, 400, 800, 1000 and finish it off with 2000 grit and then polish....
